¿Qué causa este problema?

To be able to create documents with the authorizations of another user,
you have to be authorized to schedule background processes for this
other user. This is checked by the authorization object
<DS:UO.S_BTCH_NAM>S_BTCH_NAM</>.
You do not have this authorization for some users.

No documents have been created or distributed for the users for whom you
have no authorization.
