¿Qué causa este problema?

Settings exist for the scheduling package in which user-defined
pre-calculations are to be carried out.
For the job in which the user is entered as an authorized user, a step
is created for which a user-defined calculation is to be made. This can
only occur if the following prerequisites are met:
1. Users must have the types Dialog, System or Service User. (Table
USR02 field USTYP).
2. You need to have the authorization to enter these other users as
authorized users.
Not all users listed in the settings with user-defined pre-calculation
can be entered as authorized users.
