¿Qué causa este problema?

An attempt was made to load an initialization (field 'recordtp' = 1)
into the system although there is already a record with the same
characteristics and with a smaller TSN in the provider. This is not
allowed and therefore the request status has been set to 'RED'.

Check whether the requests are loaded in the wrong sequence
(initializations have to be loaded before the corresponding movements)
or whether two initializations are loaded by mistake.
