New objects are no longer created as local objects. Instead, you are
taken to popups where you request packages and transport requests.

New objects are now displayed in future. However, this does not apply to
those objects that were created in the $TMP package before the standard
transport system was activated. These must be collected and transported
using the BW transport connection in the Data Warehousing Workbench.
