The request has already been assigned to another resource. You cannot
assign more than one resource to a request.

You cannot assign the selected resource to the request.

You have the following options:
Create another assignment for the resource already assigned to the
request in order to staff the remaining required hours.
Delete the existing resource assignment and then create a new assignment
for the selected resource.
