Description
This test checks whether the system has indexes of BWA indexes with
status "Unknown" (= U). This can only occur in rare exceptions when the
COMMIT call (CommitOptimize) is terminated during indexing.
It is then not clear whether or not the data of the previous indexing
call is available.
Repair
These indexes are rebuilt in repair mode.
