An error occurred when writing the transport order.
If the update rules have already been edited once before, then they
were either written in a transport order then and not this time or vice
versa.

Switch the transport system on or off for the update rules and try to
save the update rules again (you may need to leave the update
maintenance first).
If the error appears again contact the person responsible for your
system.
