are still in the Scheduler. &V3&, for example.
No InfoPackages are allowed to be actively scheduled as a background
job if transfer rules are to be deleted.

&V2& are allowed to be deleted, since background jobs that are still
active are planned.
Delete the active background jobs for your InfoSource &V1& and the
source system &V2& from the Scheduler.
