¿Qué causa este problema?

For the specified target account, no planning records were selected.
It is probably missing in the specified grouping. However, in the
case of newly created accounts (or after reorganization run) it is
possible that no rates exist, the message is then to be ignored.
If, however, the account is not in the grouping, wrong amounts can be
posted for this account since no rates can be selected for this
account.
