¿Qué causa este problema?

In the technical controls, you maintained a logon/server group, but did
not activate parallel processing. The logon/server group is only
relevant for parallel processing, and therefore should not be entered
if you execute the program without parallel processing.

Delete the logon/server group you entered.
Start the program and activate parallel processing. You can only do
this if you run the program in the background.
