The role belongs to project &V3&. Verify that you should not remove the
reference to the global role.

Possible solutions for this error:

global role to this role. Click the 'Modify' link and select a global
role, then execute the repair.
Note: This will NOT copy qualifications, terms or the location from the
global role to the role.
You can assign a global role to your role in the portal by selecting
project &V3& and role &V1&.
There is a possibility that this role is no longer linked to an project
and should be possibly manually deleted. Check whether the report
indicates additional errors for role GUID &V2&.
