Possible solution for this problem:
If the record in table &v1& refers to an obsolete object then the
record in &v1& could be deleted. In repair mode the program offers the
deletion of the record.
Possibly the record in &v4& was deleted in error. In this case the
error should be correct by creating the &v4& record again.
