Normally, the ALE inbound processing tries to set business partners in
the role of employees in an organizational unit. However the
organizational unit is not consistent. That means that the
organizational unit does not possess either an address, or does not
possess an associated business partner, or that the associated the
business partner was created at a time when this organizational unit
had no address.
