¿Qué causa este problema?

The number of measured values outside the tolerance range is either
zero, or the mean value violates the opposing tolerance limit to the
measured values.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Check and, if necessary, correct your entry for the mean value and the
number of measured values below and above the tolerance range.
Note
If the valuation of the characteristic or the partial sample is
performed based on the number of nonconforming units, you should specify
the number of measured values above and below the tolerance range. If
the number of nonconforming units is zero, the characteristic or sample
will be accepted.
If the inspected sample size is 1, the number of measured values above
or below the tolerance limits is transferred if the mean value violates
a tolerance limit.
