¿Cómo arreglar este error?

You cannot delete the loan record if the loan has already been
accounted and the amount in the 'payment' tab has already been paid,
Only if the existing entry for the payment has been canceled for the
future and is definitely incorrect may you delete the relevant entryand
the existing IT0045 record.
