¿Qué causa este problema?

You have entered a seat preference (window or aisle) but you have not
specified whether you would prefer to sit in a smoking or non-smoking
seat. The data entered here is transferred to the airline carriers you
are traveling with on your business trip using a reservation system.
The airline carriers need to know your preference for a smoking or non-
smoking seat to be able to offer you a seat that meets your
requirements.
