environment:
Formulas with reactions cannot be changed.
Consistent formulas cannot be changed.
Formulas that contain alternatives or 1:n assignments
cannot be changed.
Formulas with change statuses cannot be changed.
Synchronized recipe formulas cannot be changed.
In addition, all the restrictions that apply to editing recipes apply in
this case.

Where possible, use the standard functions for editing formulas and
recipes.
