¿Qué causa este problema?

The stage formula of formula &V3& of recipe &V1& uses a stream that was
defined as an output item in stage formula &V2&.
All streams must flow into a subsequent stage. If the input and output
of this stream are assigned to two corresponding operations, a
relationship must exist between these two operations, otherwise the
assignment is defined by the stage number. The stream flow and the
relationships between the operations must be the same.
