¿Qué causa este problema?

The system cannot find any object types for the building block that is
to be created. Either no object type is active, or no object type
exists. An error has occurred in Customizing if no suitable object type
exists, in other words, the default settings were changed and,
therefore, contain errors.

Check that at least one object type is activated in Customizing.
Contact technical support if no object types exist for the building
block.
