You can only create this relationship in the system if it has been
assigned a relationship type that is defined in Customizing. The system
refuses to create relationships if the relationship type does not match
one of those defined in Customizing.

Assign a relationship type, or extend your Customizing settings for
iPPE by <DS:TRAN.OPPE05>defining further relationship types</>.
