If general recipes are to be distributed, they can either be selected
by recipe name or by evaluating the change pointers.
The system did not find any general recipes for distribution that match
the selection criteria you entered.

If you selected a general recipe by general recipe name, check whether
the value you entered can be assigned to a general recipe.
If you selected a general recipe by change pointers, check whether all
the settings required to evaluate the change pointers been made.
