¿Qué causa este problema?

The change status is to be deleted from the target system. This is
controlled by the update indicator (D = delete) in the transfer
structure. However, the change status cannot be deleted if it does not
exist in the target system.

El sistema emite un mensaje de error y no le permitirá continuar con esta transacción hasta que se resuelva el error.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Since the change status does not exist in the target system, it cannot
be deleted.
If you want to delete the entire recipe, you only need to set the value
of the update indicator in the structure of the general recipe to "D"
(= delete). You do not need to set the update indicator in the
lower-level structures.
