¿Qué causa este problema?

When you create a new change status for an existing recipe, you need a
<DS:GLOS.3526BEE9AFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>change master record</>. The
system automatically creates this change master record if you do not
enter an existing <DS:GLOS.3526BEE6AFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>change
number</> when you create a new change status.
An internal error occurred while generating the change master record
with number &V1&. The system did not create the change status.
