You tried to enter an authorization group, but the system settings do
not allow the use of authorization groups.
There are no authorization groups defined for object type &SYST-MSGV1&.

The system does not provide you with a value help for authorization
groups and does not save manually entered authorization groups.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If you want to use authorization groups, contact your system
administrator.

If you want to allow the use of authorization groups, define
authorization groups for Labeling with the specification type LABEL_WUI.
You do this in Customizing for Environment, Health & Safety under Basic
Data and Tools -> Specification Management -> Specification Master ->
Specify Authorization Groups.
