¿Qué causa este problema?

You have set the <LS>Ins. Allwd</> (insertion of versions allowed)
indicator for version category'&V1&'. This indicator is only effective
if you can create versions of the object. In other words, you can only
use it with the version categories <LS>Version</> or <LS>Version with
Draft</>.
