¿Qué causa este problema?

You must not change the validity periods of dependent objects within a
version chain. You might not have authorization to change other
versions in the version chain.

You want to create a new version of a recipe. As a result, the system
has to adjust the validity period of another version to prevent the
validity periods from overlapping. You do not have authorization to
change the other version, however.
