The method for calculating the target values is insolvable. This may be
caused by the following:
One or more of the target values are too large or too small, therefore
they are outside of the range for calculation.
For example, the fixed items have a fat content of at least 10g and the
target value for fat was specified as 2g.
This combination of target values cannot be calculated.
