Check whether an anchor is defined in the folder model of the case
record at the same place where the part should be added. The SAP
standard delivery expects the anchor "PART". The anchor is defined in
table "Definition of anchor for folder model" (RMPS_T_ANCHORS) with the
key PROP PART. Check here which anchor is defined and whether this
matches the anchor defined in the folder model.
