You want to backflush scrap up to a reporting point for a material for
which you have defined that the reporting point backflush is optional.
The function, 'backflush scrap up to reporting point' is not possible
if quantities have already been backflushed at reporting points. This
means, if you have already backflushed yields, you can no longer
backflush scrap to the reporting point.
