¿Qué causa este problema?

The content of table TCP0D defines the so called country code. It was
used in non Unicode system to define a specific non Unicode code page
for logon language English. In Unicode systems a country code is not
required anymore unless you have specific requirements to external non
Unicode interfaces such as RFC connections to non Unicode systems or
file transfer involving files with non Unicode encoding.

Respuesta del sistema

The content of table TCP0D is not modified during activation of the I18n
language configuration. The invalid value is kept.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Check whether your configuration requires a country code. In Unicode
system a country code is not required in general.
