¿Qué causa este problema?

The scanner found a program with customer extensions and these
extensions do not fullfill the requirements for Unicode compatible ABAP
6.10 programs.
As your system administrator requires, that all programs are
Unicode-enabled, the mentioned file <(>&<)>V1& needs to be
enhanced.

the cause of the problem.
