¿Qué causa este problema?

There are no settlement parameters for which the
<DS:DE.RESCUSEVACPERC>Consider Vacancy Percentage Rate?</> indicator is
set. The <DS:DE.RESCVACANCYPERCENT>percentage</> defined on the
settlement unit, at which the vacancy costs are carried by the tenants,
can therefore not be applied during settlement.

indicator is set.
