is <ZH>not</> set in the settlement parameters. The
<DS:DE.RESCVACANCYPERCENT>percentage</> of &v1&% defined on the
settlement unit, for the amount of vacancy costs assigned to the tenants
, is <ZH>not</> applied. The vacancy costs are <ZH>not</> paid by the
tenants.

This is only a warning. If you want the percentage to be applied,
execute settlement with settlement parameters for which the <ZK>Consider
