¿Qué causa este problema?

The apportionment rule of settlement unit &v1& specifies that it should
be distributed using <ZK>meters</>. This apportionment requires a
measurement type for which the <ZK>Consumption</> indicator is set in
Customizing.

Respuesta del sistema

The system cannot determine the reference factor.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Change the distribution or the measurement type for distribution in the
apportionment rule of the settlement unit.
If all entries of the settlement unit are correct then set the
<ZK>Consumption</> indicator in the
<DS:SIMG.REFXV_TIVBDMEAS>Measurement Types</> IMG activity.
