¿Qué causa este problema?

Cost collectors have to be generated for the given period before the
system can make account assignment to a settlement unit. However, there
is no cost collector yet for the settlement unit on &V4&.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Change the reference date of the settlement unit, or generate the cost
collector for the period in question..
