A method of the ALV Control is supposed to be executed. The prerequisite
for this method is that the field catalog was transferred to the
control. But the field catalog was not transferred.

First call the CL_REIS_MEASUREMENT_ALV->DISPLAY( ) method in order to
transfer the field catalog.
