You have chosen rule &V1& (&V2&) as the automatic renewal rule. However
the Customizing settings requires the approval of at least one of the
two contractual parties for renewals.

To implement automatic renewals, you can only use rules that are not
subject to approval. Otherwise no automatic contract renewal (a renewal
without manually entering the approval date) is possible.

Choose a rule that is not subject to approval. If you really need this
rule, contact your system administrator.

the two indicators that determine that the rule is subject to approval.
