¿Qué causa este problema?

Measurement type &V1& is not allowed for this object and function &V3& (
&V4&). This can be for the following reasons:
The measurement type is not allowed for this object type in the settings
for the measurement.
The measurement is not allowed for the architectural object type in the
"Specify Measurement Types per Architectural Object Type" settings.
The measurement is not allowed for the object type and function in the
"Limit Measurement Types by Function" settings.

Remove the measurement from the object or configure the following
settings in Customizing:
