¿Qué causa este problema?

According to the definition of usage group &V3&, fixtures and fittings
characteristic &V4& is required (<DS:DE.REBDFFCTACCURATE> applicable </>
) on objects of usage type &V2&, in order for you to be able to assign
the usage group to an adjustment measure.
However, the fixtures and fittings characteristic does not exist on
object &V4&.
If this message is issued several times for an object with different
fixtures and fittings characteristics, then you have to assign at least
one of these fixtures and fittings characteristics to the object.
