¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to reduce the amount for the earmarked fund &V1&, item &V2&.
However, so much fund from this item has already been consumed that the
consumption would overrun the item amount by &V3&% .

El sistema emite un mensaje de error y no le permitirá continuar con esta transacción hasta que se resuelva el error.

If the document is subject to an approval procedure, the check is made
on the basis of the new amount to be approved that results from the
reduction.
