The system could not determine a condition for the line to execute the
status change in the scope of application. Possible causes are:
The specification already has the required status.
The specification has a status that does not allow the change.
The specification has a status for which no status change is defined for
the status change profile in Customizing.

The system does not change the status.

If you want the displayed status entry to be changed, notify your system
administrator.

Add this entry in the Customizing settings for the specification type
&V1& and for the scope of application &V2& &V3& in the status change
profile.
