The system cannot determine segment information for the specified
system. This is caused by an RFC communication problem.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Call Transaction RZ21 and display the segment overview. The segment
status indicates the problem:
<LS>Online</> means that everything is ok.
<LS>Offline</> means that the system has been manually shut down.
<LS>Com</> means that there is a communication error.
