InfoProviders are used with non-cumulative indicators:
The time dimension must be identical in all the non-cumulative
InfoProviders (i.e. all InfoObjects must be the same) and the
MultiProvider must contain precisely this time dimension, i.e. the time
characteristics of the MultiProvider are fixed.
