¿Qué causa este problema?

With the active version of characteristic &1& the hierarchy structure
or the entire hierarchy. The current version, however, has a different
time-dependency. This change is incompatible and cannot be converted.

Respuesta del sistema

If the hierarchy table of characteristic &V1& still contains data, then
the characteristic cannot be activated. This data would be lost.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Undo the change to the time-dependency, or first delete the hierarchies
of characteristic &V1&.
