¿Qué causa este problema?

There is no time constraint for the BP relationship/role definition. In
other words, the important thing is that the BP relationship/role
definition exists, but not at which times.
The 'Valid from' and 'Valid to' dates are set by the system to a
minimum and maximum date.
The BP relationship/role definition already exists with this validity
period. You cannot create an additional validity interval.
