¿Qué causa este problema?

A setting for application object &V1& mandates that BP roles are used
in the BDT. Therefore when you call the BDT, you cannot transfer
applications, as the relevant applications result from the BP roles
transferred.

You should make one of the following changes:
Do not transfer any applications to the BDT when you call the
application
Change the setting for application object &V1& so that it does not use
BP roles in the BDT.
