¿Qué causa este problema?

You have triggered the distribution of master inspection characteristics
using direct sending. A master inspection characteristic is always
distributed with all versions and the corresponding short texts, long
texts, and sample-drawing texts.

Respuesta del sistema

The system found &v1& master inspection characteristics using the
selection criteria, which should be sent as IDocs using ALE.
If you have not specified a target system on the entry screen, the
system attempts to determine one or more recipient systems with the
message type "QPMK" or "BAPI" using the distribution model.
If at least one recipient system is found, the master inspection
characteristics are distributed to this system.
If no recipient system can be determined, the distribution is canceled.
