¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to turn a task list characteristic into a parameter
characteristic by creating a reference to a primary characteristic. An
inspection method has been entered for the existing characteristic.
However, an inspection method cannot be assigned to a parameter
characteristic.

First, delete the inspection method for the existing task list
characteristic and set the reference to the primary characteristic, or
