You cannot use the dynamic modification rule togehter with the sampling
procedures that are used in the plan.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

You can:
assign the sampling procedures that are displayed in the error message
list to the dynamic modification rule as "allowed relationships"
OR
use another dynamic modification rule
OR
change the corresponding sampling procedures of the characteristics
before entering a dynamic modification rule
