¿Qué causa este problema?

The control indicator for automatic defects recording is set in the
characteristic. However, you have not defined a defect code in the
catalog data.

Respuesta del sistema

If the characteristic is rejected in results recording, the system does
not automatically create a defect item, but switches directly to the
defects recording dialog box.

Choose a defect code.
Note
If required, define a defect code for this characteristic.
For master inspection characteristics, define the defect code in the
characteristic itself. For inspection characteristics define this in
the task list at characteristic level.
